Hi, I’m Carolyn Caudill! I’m a wife, a mom, a retired New Mexico State University-Carlsbad administrator, a Carlsbad resident and a Means Real Estate realtor.
 

I have lived in Carlsbad for the majority of my life. I worked at NMSU-Carlsbad for more than 26 years and now teach college business classes part-time.
